The Role

We are hiring Members of Technical Staff (MTS) who are superstars, extreme builders, and ship exceptionally fast.

At Vicaro, an MTS owns problems end to end: from architecture and system design to rapid implementation, product polish, and customer impact. You will build core agent runtime infrastructure, execution sandboxes, multi-agent orchestration, and tooling integrations.

What You will Do

Architect, build, and ship core runtime systems powering autonomous AI employees.
Design resilient infrastructure for low-latency tool dispatch, persistent state, sandboxed code execution, and multi-agent coordination.
Move from idea to production in hours or days, maintaining high architectural standards without getting bogged down in bureaucracy.
Work closely with founders, early customers, and production fleets to iterate on product capabilities.

What We are Looking For

Extreme builder: You have a proven track record of shipping complex systems rapidly and with relentless velocity.
End-to-end ownership: You take problems from architecture through deployment and monitoring. You understand infrastructure, backend, product dynamics, and customer needs.
Startup velocity: Experience as an early engineer at a high-growth startup, founding engineer, or technical team lead.
Technical depth: Mastery in systems architecture, distributed systems, API design, and modern AI/LLM tooling and runtimes.
High standards: You take pride in craft, speed, and reliability.
