The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Guru who will do whatever it takes to drive explosive growth, narrative velocity, and brand presence by deploying and orchestrating autonomous AI agent fleets across diverse marketing and growth channels.

This is not a traditional marketing role. At Vicaro, you will not just manage agencies or write posts yourself - you will leverage AI agents as massive force multipliers to execute creative, multi-channel growth strategies at superhuman scale and speed. You are an unconventional, deeply creative growth hacker who thinks from first principles and executes fearlessly.

What You will Do

  • Architect and execute aggressive, multi-channel growth and marketing campaigns powered by autonomous AI agent fleets.
  • Pioneer new playbooks for agent-driven marketing: viral social media campaigns, developer community traction, programmatic SEO/AEO, high-touch outbound, and creative growth experiments.
  • Brainstorm and launch high-impact PR stunts, viral launches, and culturally resonant campaigns that put Vicaro at the center of the AI conversation.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize across every distribution vector - X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, tech newsletters, podcasts, and events.
  • Turn bold, unconventional ideas into live campaigns within hours, leveraging autonomous agents for execution, content generation, distribution, and real-time community engagement.
  • Work directly with founders to shape Vicaro's voice, positioning, and global brand momentum.
