The Role

We are hiring a deeply technical Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with an adversarial mindset and healthy paranoia to defend autonomous agent fleets in production.

You will own the end-to-end security architecture, runtime guardrails, and threat defense across the entire stack.

What You will Do

  • Architect defensive systems and runtime security for production AI agent fleets.
  • Defend against prompt injections, privilege escalation, unauthorized tool dispatch, and agentic attack vectors.
  • Define fine-grained authorization, sandboxing, and policy enforcement (CEL guardrails) for autonomous agent execution.
  • Own platform, infrastructure, and cloud security from first principles.

What We are Looking For

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity with deep understanding across the full software and infrastructure stack.
  • Deeply technical builder: You dissect systems, analyze exploits, and architect robust defenses yourself.
  • Healthy paranoia: Strong adversarial intuition - you anticipate how complex, autonomous systems can fail or be manipulated.
  • Vision for AI security: Passion and clear conviction on how to secure autonomous agents operating with real-world tool access.
